Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify, all entrants must have a registered business in New Zealand and must complete the competition Entry Form in full by the closing date.
2. Competition commences 1 August 2008. Entries close 5pm 5 December 2008.
3. Entries will be judged by an expert panel.
4. Only one entry per business will be accepted.
5. The prize will be awarded to the person or entity under which the business name is registered.
6. The most creative entry will win the prize. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8. Melbourne IT employees, their immediate families and its agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
9. By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Domainz Ltd.
10. The winner will be informed via email and published on Domainz Ltd website
